	Duh, even though if you are right, Treasure Chest Project falls 
under Australian Copyright Laws, based on the fact that the main page is 
sitting in Australia.

	Unless that's right (the statute you have quoted is correctly 
interpretated), of course, the american mirror site can house it, since 
the server will be sitting on american soil. But I do not like to be using 
this interpretation as a test case in a court of law. I do not have the 
resources and will to contest such a case.

	Will someone wanna check it out ?
