First, you need the Harmonie package of printer drivers from
http://www.crl.com/~joko Shareware Solutions II.  Then you
need either a serial to parallel converter or a parallel card.

Since it is a PS printer, you might also be able to, instead of using
Harmonie, substitute the IIGS LaserWriter driver.  If you do,
use the one in System 6.0, not System 6.0.1.  If you have System
6.0.1, simply copy the old LaserWriter driver from a System 6.0
disk.  It seems that the System 6.0.1 driver is rather picky and
clearly prefers a REAL LaserWriter while the 6.0 driver is a sort
of generic postscript printer driver!
