Yes, but it would not be worth it.
There are some "Mac/VGA to TV" converters that in addition to
composite output also have S-video and TV RGB output. The
Apple IIGS monitor uses TV RGB, so if you have such a unit,
you can use the monitor with a Mac.
The problem: price. The AverKey unit, for example, costs
over $120 and similar models are priced that way too.
Alternatively, if you know someone who repairs monitors, you
can have them change the scan rate of the IIGS monitor from
15Khz to 30Khz, thus turning the IIGS monitor into a Mac monitor.
It would still have a relatively big dot pitch, but your picture
WILL sync.
