Almost, but not quite.
The unenhanced (original) IIe says "Apple ][".
The enhanced IIe says "Apple //e".
(The all-caps "APPLE ][" is only used in the ][+, or in a ][ which has
been upgraded with the autostart ROM or is using a ROM card containing
it.)
Another hint: if the IIe keyboard has a numeric keypad built into it,
then it is definitely an enhanced IIe.
The original model (no numeric keypad) can be unenhanced or enhanced,
depending on its age and whether the enhancement kit has been installed.
