HELP: EPROM burner card for Apple //

Hi!

I need some help.
I get an EPROM burner card for A//, but it come whitout sofware.
Can anyone have this and can send me  (disk-image or "real" floppy) ?
The card manufacturer is CTA - Computer Technology Associates
