Z80 for //c, driver disk needed

I have got a Z80 card for the //c. It is a yellow pcb, about 6x10 cm2,
made by Cirtech. 

a) does anybody have the driver disk to use this card with CP/M 2.2x or
3.0? (5.25" *.dsk image would be best)

b) the card plugs into the 6502 socket, no question. Where do I connect
the cable with the alligator clip? Somewhere to the MMU chip, I guess?

c) they have filed off the inscriptions from the chips. Do I have to
identify them myself, or has anybody else done this yet?
