Just a few quick questions for the gurus!

Is there a utility to convert emulator disk images (.DSK, .2MG, .PO,
etc.) to a Macintosh-readable ProDOS DiskCopy image?

Is it possible to copy files from DOS 3.3 disks to ProDOS disks (such as
a hard disk) and run them?

I'm trying to use some freeware on a "new" Mac LC with //e card.  It
doesn't work with disk images like other emulators.  It needs the real
thing.  I have two options right now: copying to a ProDOS hard drive
partition, or using 800k floppies.  Any ideas?
