If this is true, then it suggests an easier project for Tom's friend to
work on -- an Ethernet card.  After all, the almost-support that 6.0.1 has
for it will be much easier to turn into a useful product than the no
support that System 6.0.1 has for USB.  Heck, perhaps enough time has
passed that Apple would be willing to let some third party (Alltech?)
resume where they (Apple) left off.

Alright, I'm dreaming again.  But it was good while delusion lasted.
