Re: Apple Tape BackUp SC unit
Ugh. if any of you find working Apple Tape Drive 40SCs, tell me too. Mine
crapped out and it's the second one, that stupid lubricant inside seems to
have a life of like a few years before it turns into glue instead. One of
the refurb places had a ton of them, but they were 'untested as-is' and
they wanted me to buy the whole lot of then (like 4 or 5 I think)
Or better, does anyone have a solution to the whole lube-turns-into-glue
problem?
