Have a look at the Cracks section of whatever source of programs you
have.  Typically if a program resided on a booting floppy, you won't be
able to copy it over to a hard drive.  Will say I once saw Lode Runner
as a single file, but only a third of the levels came with it (the
original spaced the data 1.25 tracks apart, fun to watch copy).
