RGB monitor substitutes...? / GS+ Mag questions...

I visited my folk's place over the holidays...during that time I was
able to dust off my ol' IIGS and fire it
up. The RGB monitor on it takes FOREVER to warm up, regardless of
fiddling with the slide
knobs. I have a Second Sight card with the IIGS, but I can't seem to
find it (ARGH!! That's what I get
for not helping my parents move to their new house!)...so, are there any
other make/models of monitors
I can use with my IIGS?

Also, it's been a LONG time since I've been on here, but are
Kansasfest's still going on strong? What
happened to Steve Disbrow, Josef Wankerl and the rest of GS+ Magazine??
