Booting GS/OS from the GS Ramdisk?

How can it be done, if it can?
I tried the things I'd do to make a RAMdisk bootable on a mac, but it
just
beeps at me and says 'check startup device'. All the files are still
there

There is a boot program on the A2.Central disks somewhere 
which permits booting from a RAM disk.
