On the Apple IIGS, SuperConvert 4, Prism, and Convert 3200
will get you most of the A2 formats you talk of above and also
Amiga and PC IFF, GIF and BMP files and MacPaint images.
SuperConvert even supports Atari ST and Commodore 64/128
graphics.
Naturally, 3200 mode is the best mode for viewing many color
images (for example, Amiga HAM mode graphics).

Corel Draw can read Postscript (PS) files. Using ANY IIGS
program and the LaserWriter driver, you can print a PS
file to disk on the IIGS, transfer that file to the Windows PC,
and import the PS image.
This works great for AWGS or GWIII page layouts or
getting AWGS word processor files over. But PS won't
get you color (at least not the IIGS LaserWriter driver's
output).
For color images, it is better to use SuperConvert or
Convert 3200 to convert to GIF or TIFF. GIF can handle
the IIGS' 256 color mode and most 3200 color graphics
pretty well. TIFF can handle those few 3200 color graphics
that actually have more than 256 colors.

The Mac has an excellent program (Debabelizer?) that
can actually read IIGS SHR/APF graphics.
