Protocol. Hardware wise, it was agreed that the Apple High Speed
SCSI card would probably be able to work with SCSI to Ethernet
devices except that no driver was available (the RAMFast's hacked
SCSI can't do it).
Currently, you can sort of connect the IIGS to the network using
a Mac as an intermediary.
IIGS<---AppleTalk--->Mac<---Ethernet--->Windows PC
There exists an Ethernet capable core in System 6.0.1 for the
IIGS, except that Apple canned the Apple II Ethernet card just
before it was released.
