1) Most of the effort to date has been put in the opposite direction:
making digital images of original disks usable in emulators.
2) What is really required to make unprotected .dsk images is skill on
the level exhibited by the wizards on hackzapple (http://
www.hackzapple.com/INDEX0.HTM), and not too many folks have the
intersection of time, expertise, and interest to make .dsk images of
any particular title.
