Dave or Andy may correct me, but...

Anyone with Gus will be one of the following:

a) a school which applied to Dave and Andy for exclusive use.

b) a person under written non-disclosure regarding Gus.

Which one is Turley?

I doubt he's a school.

Which means he must be under non-disclosure, which means he must have
signed a written agreement not to discuss the fact that he has a copy.
Now, because he brags about it all the time, this means either one of two
things, 1) he's got an illegal copy, which makes sense, him being a thief
by nature, or 2) he's blatantly breaking the law by breaking his written
non-disclosure.

Either way, as per usual, he's a nutbar and couldn't give a shit about
anyone but himself.
