Dr. Tom put together this image.  The image file is located
in the uploads 98 December folder on the ground ftp server.

There is also one such image that someone else made a few
years back that is still on the AOL Apple II Forum.  If the
image on ground proves corrupted, I can download the one
on AOL and upload it to ground.

The image on AOL seems ok.
