I don't think that Tom's persistence should be interpreted as a lack of
trustworthiness.  Sure he wrote that we was leaving the Apple group ----
but later changed his mind about it.

Tom is now starting a service project for Apple II users ---- compiling
public domain A2 software on a huge CD-rom to be sold at cost.  He
deserves some congratulations for that.  I believe that he will respect
active copyrights --- only the older / public domain / shareware stuff
will show up on his CD.    Bye,   Steve
