Corvus was an early network manufacturer.  Corvus networks used dedicated
hard drive/servers that were Z80 computers.  The card you have was the
interface to the hard drive.  These networks were used on several platforms,
including the Apple II.

These hard drives sometimes still turn up, but there really isn't much reason
to try to get one to work.
