Hi, they are straight pin to pin adaptations.

I have a self made one and it works like a charm.  The extra
amperage keeps the power supply from straining so it runs
cooler and the IIGS is more stable.  You don't want to damp
the amperage.  It is a good thing.

But a friendly warning: if you do this yourself, make sure
you wire it correctly.  The first time I tried this, I wired it
in the reverse order and fried a IIGS motherboard.  ;-(
