Apple 2 site update & Manual online

Hi all,
   As many of you would be aware, the Apple II site has been undergoing
quite some updates.
   The Australian Apple Review reprint project is well underway & a
significant number of new articles are now online.
   Also, Kim Howe <khowe@omninet.net.au> has kindly put many hours of work
into getting our first Apple II manual online, that being the ROM 01
manual. Kim has done quite a marvellous job of this & deserves much credit
for doing so.
