I've been trying to figure out what to do with dead Sider drives.
Years ago I acquired the remaining stock of a former Apple II dealer
who was also the area rep for First Class peripherals. I ended up with
one working Sider and a number of drives that had been returned as
defective. Since then I've ended up with one more working Sider and a
few more dead ones. I've converted a couple to SCSI cases but I have
so many that there's no point in doing more. I did fantasize about
fitting half a dozen 2.5" SCSI drives into one just for amusement. Any
thoughts?
