No it is like wins AIM you can use it from any were and it is a free
service.
I did not like it you were limited and you could send so many messages at
a time.
I like ICQ better may be Sheppy will make one so we can use ICQ that would
be great.
PS Please tell Sheppy how mush we like him makeing softwere and to keep it
up.
