I didn't see what driver you were requesting.  Sequential's website
doesn't contain any drivers (or info on how to get the driver for
the Apple SCSI, card which they used to sell).  There are four
extra drivers available on the FTPs which work well on the RF:  go
to apple.cabi.net, and under Utilities there should be a something
with "RF" and "2.1" in the name, this is what you seek.

The SCSI2 driver can be used as a generic driver for any CDROM not
specifically written for.
