     According to the walkthrough, there are a total of 13. 12 are in
the sewer and you get one at the Wretched Excess Nightclub.

     The sewer is not easy to navigate without a map. The map of the
sewer is the same as one used in the arcade game. I grabbed the arcade
game screen and printed it out-- This made getting the 12 key cards a
_lot_ easier. The map file (ManhunterMap.shk) is now available along
with the walkthrough on Asimov-GS at ...

     By the way, if you are playing on an accelerated GS, after you win
the Kewpie Doll arcade, you do not have a bunch of time to show the
Medallion to the guy at the booth-- maybe 5-10 seconds to do a Use for
the item. And once the guy is looking at the Medallion, you need to
click on the Data Card he's holding pretty quickly to have a chance to
get it. (Finding this stuff out cost me a couple extra runs through the
darn Kewpie Doll game-- not so easy at 10MHz!)
