I have obtained an Applied Engineering GS~RAM III memory card for the IIGS. It appears to be expandable to 4 megabytes of RAM, but I currently have only one megabyte. It has 8 20-pin ZIP sockets. The two chips currently in it say: OKI JAPAN 9A9Z M514402-80Z 91045507
