You're best bet would be to use an EPROM burner with a serial interface, and
terminal software on the GS end of things.  I used an EPROM burner some months
ago (called the "Shooter", I forgot what company made it) that used RS-232-C
interface and was controlled by ASCII commands sent to the burner.  It worked
fine.  Proterm 3.1 or Spectrum would probably be the best terminal programs. 
So, look for a burner with the ability to be controlled remotely by a terminal
with a serial interface.  Hope this helps.
