Hi,
I noticed your post as referenced below in quotes and thought I'd reply to you
with some suggestive helpful info on where to obtain your needs for software in
archives of ShrinkIt format files by downloading them.

You would also need the ShrinkIt archive  'Unshrink v3.4'  program to allow you
to unshrink the archives for your use on the Apple IIe.  It's also available
from the following ftp site.  I could alternately supply the disk in a bootable
format style with the  'ShrinkIt  v3.4'  program for your use to unshrink the
archives you might wish to download from the ftp site.

Yes, try browsing around the following ftp site for some of the above hardwares
software archives. Look in the Utilities folder for most of it.
You can find many other useful software archives for use with your IIe
in other areas and folders of this ftp site also.

The Ramworks II and ThunderClock Plus doesn't appear to be archived there. 
But, I have the original disks and software for them both and would be glad to
send you disk copies of them by US mail if you wish for free, if you supply the
disks and return postage for sending them back to you.
