ROM-Drive - Update

Well, I made my first attempt at designing a PCB.  I see now that it needs
work.  I have to add a thicker area for the power and ground, room for
capacitors, jumpers for selecting larger ROM sizes and of course a cute
little access LED (with limiting resistor).  I'm considering having one
prototype built to test with before producing 10~15 of them.  You can see an
