Well, it has been a long time since I have seen one, but the first tip-off
(besides the fact that it will be identified someplace on it as an Apple
memory expansion board; I don't know the exact wording or part number) is
that its edge connector will easily fit into the normal accessory slot in
any Apple ][, with the chip side facing away from the power supply.  Not
the ][e Auxiliary Slot, nor the IIgs Memory Expansion slot.  The 'slinky'
is the board I referred to in my reply last night.
