DOS 3.3 to ProDos

I can't find the answer to this in the FAQ, so perhaps someone out there
knows...

I copied a bunch of games from DOS 3.3 5.25" disks to my ProDos
partition on my LC //e (with Prodos utilities), but they don't show up
when running Prodos.  They do show up in the Macintosh Finder, but only
as files, not Prodos system files.

How can I effectively get these old games onto my Prodos disk?

Also, is there somewhere on the Internet a ProDos or Macintosh version
of a utility to "unshrink" Apple ][ archives?
