http://ground.ecn.uiowa.edu/ the ground ftp server has several.

One, called Foundation, used to be commercial and it is extensive.
Link to ground, then click apple2, then apple16, then editor
(I think) then foundation.

If you can't find Foundation, there's another one that I used a
lot.  I can email it to you if I can find it (if you want)....and yes,
it was shareware so it is completely legal to email it.
