As Michael as stated several times in the past, a FAIR price for  
anything is what a buyer is willing to pay for it. Just because one 
person is not willing to pay above a certain price, does not mean that 
isn't a fair price for someone else.

To me, $250K isn't a fair price for a car, but obviously others think it 
is.
