Hi there,

in my humble opinion: 
It's just a shame that every now and then someone has to bring on the
subject "Nathan" as if to say: What good and calm and supportive guys we
are (which is true, as I've experienced many times, it's just not very
polite to say it about yourselves). 
Unfortunately I've just seen Nathan in the height of his onslaught, so I
can't comment about his earlier ways.
I'd say: Let's concentrate on AII and keep a climate that is welcoming
_without_ making big words.
