There are two roadblocks to each of these things on a IIgs: lack of horsepower
and lack of software support. I'd throw in lack of need on the CD recording 
too. Apple doesn't even deem 68K Macs capable of MPEG playback since it's
so processor intensive. And how many times as fast as a IIgs would you say the
average Quadra is, both in terms of processing power and data throughput?
