Huh?  Maybe I was not clear but you don't need a res script.
HyperCard XCMDs are stored in the resource fork.  You
don't use a "res script" to copy the XCMDs from within
HyperCard.  You use a resource editor like Foundation to
copy the entire resource fork to your new stack.

Ignoring the fact that I don't have the said XCMD, I would
not email something that's technically still commercial software
to anyone.

All I'm saying is that if Boris wanted to do something like
this on his own and (preferably) with the blessing of the
author, all he needs is a resource editor.

It has been a while since I worked with a resource editor,
but the basic idea is that you get a list of resources when
you open a resource stack.  Just copy ALL the resources
to your new stack.  The XCMD in question is bound to
be one of the resources.
