Negative.  You don't need any of those new GALs (including the DMA fix).

No modern SCSI cards require the DMA fix.  They DMA fine to the
TWGS.

Also, the modern 65C816 does not need replacement GALs.  They are
now known as "slow down" GALs because they were traps for older
65C816 chips that couldn't go at full speed for some instructions and
actually slow down the accelerator.
