So as not to repeat the other responses here, I'll just note that Fatal
System Error 0911 has been called the "Time to Buy a Fan Error",
indicating a system over- or under-heat.

My home machine (which contains TWO fans...one in the AE (ex Vulcan) power
supply, and one in the System Saver IIgs...has never given me an error
0911, but the one at the office did, and adding a cheap internal
fan...just a 12v 4" model set next to the power supply; it's a fan
originally intended to be a replacement for a Macintosh power supply
fan...seems to have corrected the problem.

If you haven't done so already, you might want to remove all of the
knockouts from the back panel of the machine to try to improve the
airflow. The IIgs case seems to be a lot less well vented than the other
A][ cases.
