Thanks for your e-mail, Will. I'd just say (to the others) that if you don't
like our  work, or if you don't like us personally, then don't listen to us,
and don't buy our stuff. We certainly understand that. But don't kick us in the
stomach, and above all, please don't kill us.

I'd also like to say that the practice of setting up a web site for the purpose
of discrediting or ridiculing another individual is the most despicable thing I
have ever encountered in this community. Those who set up those sites are far,
far lower in my esteem than the subject of the site, or anything they may (or
may not) have done. I could set up a few of those sites myself... but I always
try to keep it positive, despite getting knocked down occasionally.
