Apple itself used what many call Cupertino (what a typesetter calls it
I don't know) on the old models, and then progressed to Garamond,
which is a little more like Times. Apple has changed its corporate
font (seen in advertising), yes, but only for clarity's sake.
The Mac system font was Chicago for a long time, but is now Charcoal.
GSOS uses Shaston 8pt, but is changeable with the use of various NDAs.
