    Actually the "Running Man" (characters mapped to the 'F' and 'G'
keys) is present in all versions of the Apple IIc video ROM, and is
even present in the Apple IIc Plus. I can at least confirm this with
my IIc ROM versions 255, 0, 3 and 5 (no 4 at the moment).

    The same is true of the Enhanced and Platinum IIe video ROM, 
it is _only_ the Apple IIgs that replaced the characters with an
inversed return symbol and thin horizontial lines to represent a 
window title bar.
