Yup.  There were several boards, but you'll want the one
that can capture 12-bit frames in moving video (a frame
grabber).

This is the Visionary/Vision Plus/Vision Plus Enchanced
card.  The card can capture a frame from moving video
at a color depth of 4096 colors.

The IIGS can display the images as either 3200 color
images or 256 color images.

How much memory do you have?
