Well, there's always the Apple II Forum on AOL.  ;-)

AOL Apple II users can join the forum using the following
keyword:

aol://4344:1264.a2main.10029531.514525857

I'm told that not all the files in the library are what they seem,
but the chat room is working just fine.

So all Apple II AOL users can drop by the above keyword
and enter the Apple II chat (otherwise known as
Computer Camp IV).

Too bad only AOL users can currently access it.

By the way, sorry about Compuserve.  I was a member of
that Compuserve forum once upon a time.  Amazing they
held out this long.  The writing was on the wall when AOL
took over the service.
