Notes:
1) The I/O addresses for the Transwarp and Accellerator // cards are Write-
   Only.
2) The Accellerator //e (Saturn/Titan) has a disable command, but I can't
   find my copy of the manual right now :(
3) The Apple IIgs's speed is controlled by the High bit of the location.
