Ah, but the File Compare function had a fatal flaw--it only
compared the first part of a large file, if I remember correctly.
I reported it and was rewarded with an upgrade (to 9.1?)
which I think actually worked.

BTW, I think the original questioner is getting _way_ too much
advice about how to capture his images and save them.  Just
using ADT to get .dsk images to his PC and then burning them
on a CD will be perfect.  200x143K won't even make a dent
on a CD, and the .dsk images will be ready to use with an
emulator or to transfer back to 5.25" floppies on an Apple.

I can't see why the questioner would be motivated to go out
and invest in a IIgs just to needlessly shrink his images!  ;-)
