     If you whack off the old URL prefix and try for the host at
http://www.intmed.mcw.edu/ you come to the Medical College of Wisconsin
(Division of Internal Medicine) home page. PC and Mac users groups are
shown. There is no group shown for Apple II and adding "a2pa.html" gets
you a 404 error.

     It looks like the Programmer's Archive page you want no longer
exists. You can find development tools and similar software on several
sites. The URLs listed below are a good start ...
