The easiest way is to install the LaserWriter driver in your
drivers folder and use it to "print to disk," which will
generate a Postscript file loadable in any PC program that
can support Postscript.
Now you are going to have a hard time editing such a file,
but if you just want to have them in a form that can be
stored and printed on the PC, Postscript is it.
