The Kinesis keyboard is available in ADB form (or with an ADB adaptor) for
the Mac; I'd hazard a guess that it probably emulates a standard or extended
Apple keyboard. It's widely regarded as the best truly ergonomic keyboard
available. They're slightly pricy, but the company is apparently pretty good
about tryouts and returns (so you could see if it works with the GS, and let
us know for the FAQ ;).
I have a good friend (with bad RSD, alas) who switched to one of these at work;
after the week-long adjustment period, she swore by it.
