actually, you can get the latest version of appleworks V5.1 from Quality
Computers. phone : 1-800-777-3642. I think they also sell V4 as well.
If you want to run V5 you need a 3.5" drive and at least 256k memory. the neat
thing about it is that it supports hard drives, all sorts of peripherals
(drives, memory, clock,etc.) and has nifty things like screen savers (you need
a clock for that last one). you might not have your //c equiped to handle that.
on another note, it is pretty expensive.. if you are upgrading from an older
version of appleworks they will give it to you for about half price.
