You do not need to know pinouts, simple connect the 5.25 floppy to the
PcTransporter disk port and have the apple 3.5 floppy connected to the
apple disk port.

Then all you need to do is get into the PcTransporters control panel
rearrange the settings. Which will require that your current settings
for the 3.5 will be what you will need for you B: drive and for your
a: drive you will need to change the slot drive numbers.
